A space for Filipino teachers exploring a transition from teaching to Learning and Development (L&D).
This is not about changing careers overnight or having everything figured out.
Itโs about understanding what L&D is, how your teaching experience connects to it, and what your next steps might look like.
What This Exists
After moving from teaching into L&D, I realized something.
Most teachers donโt lack the skills.
Whatโs often missing is clarity on how those skills translate into a different context.
Thereโs a lot of information available, but itโs not always easy to connect everything into a clear starting point.
This space is meant to simplify that.
What You’ll Find Here
Youโll find resources that focus on:
โข understanding what L&D looks like in practice
โข translating your teaching experience into workplace learning
โข identifying possible directions within the field
โข taking small, practical steps to get started
No complicated frameworks. Just structured guidance to help you move forward.

About Me

Iโm a learning and development professional with almost 10 years of experience across teaching, instructional design, and digital learning.
I started my career in education and later transitioned into corporate L&D, where Iโve worked on training solutions across Public Service, Automotive, and Banking & Financial Services. My work focuses on translating complex business and system processes into clear, learner-centered learning experiences.
Iโve designed eLearning, facilitated training, conducted needs analysis, and supported system implementation programs, including SAP-enabled initiatives. I also work with digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe, Whatfix, and Oracle Guided Learning to deliver just-in-time learning and performance support.
Alongside this, Iโm building a resource space for Filipino teachers exploring a transition into L&D. Through practical tools and guides, I help educators understand the field, translate their experience, and take clear first steps.
